Interest in wine seems to be growing across the United States, but there are somewhat limited ways for people to learn about wine, expand their wine knowledge, all while having some fun.  How can you learn about wine, have fun and share the experience with friends or loved ones? Easy…That is where wine professionals like us at Rad Wine Consultants come into play. We can help you set up and host a wine tasting at home or at the location of your choice. You don’t need a reason to host a wine tasting event, just and excuse.

Rad Wine Consultants will plan and custom build a wine event for you. Private, family, corporate or just for entertainment, we will customize your own wine event and be there to select and pour wine, help you in the learning process and answer any questions about grapes, grape varietals, wine appellations or wine-making, you or your guests may have.  Let us help you entertain and we will make sure you have at least as much fun as everyone as everyone else at the wine event. Host a wine tasting party at home

The wine professionals at Rad Wine Consultants can help you organize and host  a wine tasting party or wine dinner at home for a family reunion, engagement party or casual get together. Make any occasion special, unique and unforgettable.

Starting at $25 per person all inclusive for a 2 hour event, with a minimum of 12 people, Rad Wine Consultants will make sure everyone has a memorable and fun filled evening. One of our professional wine consultants will help you set up, host the event and then clean up. We set up, pour the wines, talk about the individual wines being poured and answer most wine related questions you may have. You are welcome to select from a variety of themes for the tasting. Our events are fun and educational. Rad Wine Consultants will supply the wine, glasses, ice buckets  and all that is necessary to impress and delight your guests.

If you wish, we can also help you pair select wines with certain dishes for a professionally hosted sit down wine dinner. You can choose a caterer, let us know what the menu will be and we will select the perfect wines to pair with each dish, from appetizers to dessert to delight anyone’s palate.

New consulting gig for RWC…

Rad Wine Consultants (RWC) has landed a retail wine consulting gig with River Road Wine. This is a web wine retail project, that was conceptualized by my old friend Billy, that will target the River Road corridor on the NJ side of the Hudson River from Fort Lee all the way down to Hoboken, offering just the right mix of cutting edge wines at a variety of affordable price points . The main target audience will be young adults who constitute a very large segment of the population in the targeted area, that will be offered fast delivery….I mean like within 20 minutes fast. Novel concept – order a bottle of wine on line and receive it at home within 20 minutes? How can you not love that concept? Hand selected quality products at great prices, delivered to your door really fast. Nice!

RWC has been entrusted to advise and assist River Road Wine with selecting the right variety and selection of wines for their web wine project. We have just started on the project this week. Billy and I had a great meeting along some even better Korean BBQ in Cliffside Park earlier in the week. The River Road Wine website should be up and running by the beginning of April, but there is quite a bit of work to do between now and then.

Rad Wine Consultants finally launches new web site…

We have just gone past the “park page” set up… our website is finally up, but it is still a work in progress….please pardon our appearance. Thanks to my dear friend Jon Hackett – the web wizard and a little networking and routing intuition from me, we have the Rad Wine Consultants web site up and running.

In the meantime, maybe we can put to use our 25 years of wine business experience to help you host a memorable wine tasting at home. Impress and delight friends and customers.

Rad Wine Consultants can help you organize a simple wine tasting or wine dinner at home; help you and your company plan and organize a corporate retreat like wine event or we can help you develop a successful wine program for your restaurant and implement staff training guidelines to make sure your new wine program is a success.

Our custom tailored wine tasting packages start at $40 per person, with a minimum of 12 people. We provide the wine, wine glasses, knowledge, entertainment…you can also customize a package in a variety of ways, like requesting specific wines or a special food and wine pairing. Rad Wine Consultants will take your entertaining to places it has never been before.
